BUSINESS CHALLENGES
This company operates as a Fintech or digital wallet service and is a registered and regulated application under the supervision of Bank Indonesia. The company faces challenges in optimizing its monitoring processes during its migration to a hyperscaler. The current use of log monitoring tools to record application and web logs is insufficient to track crash issues in mobile applications. Additionally, the use of several separate monitoring tools has created data silos, complicating the analysis process. The company requires a solution that can flexibly integrate logs, both via agent and agentless methods, and unify all monitoring data on a single platform. This would enable the operational team to quickly identify and resolve issues, improve response times, and provide a better customer experience.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
To address the challenges related to the complexity of the monitoring system, the lack of adequate visibility, and limitations in data integration, the company has decided to implement the Datadog observability platform as a proactive step to enhance operational efficiency.
